Can I pay with credit card or do I have to pay by check?

Although we prefer payment online by credit card, either is fine.

If you pay by check, please make sure to include your domain name or account number in the memo field of your check.

When will I receive an invoice?

Invoices are emailed every Monday to our customers depending on their billing cycles.

Are there any setup fees?

There are NO setup fees for any of our accounts.

Will my credit card be billed each month?

Your credit card will be billed for your complete package as soon as you sign up for your package.  If you sign up for a monthly contract you will be automatically billed each month. If you sign up for an annual package you will be billed each year.

What does it cost to transfer a domain name? 

There is no fee for transferring your domain to ExpertInternetServices.com from Network Solutions or any other domain registrar. For help transferring your name servers to us please click here.  

If you are paying more than $14.99 per year to your current domain registrar we suggest that you transfer your domain name to us by clicking here.

Do you charge additional fees for using the mySQL database?

No. It is included in the package if the package states that MySQL is included in the package. To see a list of features each package has click here.

How can I find out if my account is past due?

Just login to your account and select "Journal" from the menu.

No. You have the option of paying monthly, or yearly.
