User Mail Manager
Our User Mail Manager allows a web sites administrator the ability to allow their end users to update their passwords, Forwarding options, Auto Responder and the ability to block Spam email through our web based email client WebMail. Most web hosting companies only allow a web sites administrator to change their users passwords, Forwarding options, Autp Responder and the ability to block Spam email. This can be a huge task even for a small sized businesses.
How To Enable:
Before the end user will be able to change their password, Forwarding options, Autp Responder and the ability to block Spam email through WebMail. The web site administrator must enable this feature from their account control panel ( http://www.yourdomainname/menu .) The administrator must click on the
icon at the bottom line of their control panel and choose from the following options:
Yes, I want my users to be able to change their passwords.
Yes, I want my users to be able to change their forwarders.
Yes, I want my users to be able to change their auto-responders.
Yes, I want my users to be able to block SPAM e-mail.
Once a user successfully logs into WebMail to check their email, they will have to click on the "Options" icon
at the top of the WebMail program.
How To Disable:
The web site administrator can disable this feature from their account control panel ( http://www.yourdomainname/menu .) The administrator must click on the
icon at the bottom line of their control panel and choose "No, I do not want my users to have this privilege."
