Email is not deleting in WebMail

Problem: I log into WebMail to read/send email and I delete my email. The next time I log back into WebMail I still see the deleted email, and they aren't deleted ?

Cause: This problem is caused by the user not completely logging out of the WebMail system.

Solution: You must actually click on Logout to log out of the system. Closing down your browser is not going to log you out of the WebMail system.
